Back to the oxygen tent!

My first races of next season will be marathons. My running (although I come from a running background - has gotten poorer as my cycling got stronger, so while riding some elite cycling events, I will be working very hard to get to sub-2:50 marathon level again.  And that means three things: high mileage, Vomaxine and perhaps more than anything else: the glorious return of the the B-Cat High Altitude Tent. Give the raise in performance this device has brought me earlier this season, I think, along with a well-designed running-only training schedule, a 2:41 or faster marathon should be possible by February. I'm picking up the pace as of tonight. The rest of the week, I'll be sleeping at around 2.000 meters of altitude. Nighty-night.
