Stop me before I get corny ...

It probably sounds cheesy, but what the heck ... This season, this project, has been in many ways a life-altering experience. For the better and for the worse. I have never had so many set-backs and psychological set-backs to deal with in one year. (Even though I've had tougher ones in the past). The succession of mishaps has had a corroding effect on my moral, at times. But at the same time, one of the nicest things that has ever happened to me, is the constant flow of encouragement and support that has been coming my way, through this website. It is absolutely incredible. People from all over the globe, sometimes really close to home, sometimes 17.000 kilometers away, sending me tips and helping get over my dissappointment after a crash or a DNF. I'm sure it will all pay off in just four weeks. And in Barcelona we'll all celebrate together!
